Not at all. Jesse arrives with everything — professional table, straps, all gear. You just need a cleared space of roughly 6x8 feet and comfortable clothing. That is it.

Will it hurt? I have never done assisted stretching.
Assisted stretching should never be painful. You will feel intensity as tight muscles release, but Jesse communicates throughout and works at your pace. Most first-timers describe it as intense but incredible.
